This week, my Coach, Friend, and Sista, Anna McCoy joins me on the show, and we talk all things Vision.  We looked at what feedback when not properly received and put in perspective can do to Vision.  On today’s show you will learn:

1.  Learn to give complete thought to your vision before sharing.
2.  In sharing be careful not to embellish and be open to receive whatever your feedback may sound like.
3. Don’t be confused; other people’s truth is not necessarily yours.  Don’t take everything to heart.
4. To properly take feedback on board; Hear, Evaluate, Assess, Accept/Reject, Embrace.

It is expedient to recognise that others may never see as you see because their vision is impaired.
