As we round off this series on the True North, we want to look at what we should probably have started with; the issue that every harvest is in the seed.  What this means is that when it comes to True North, the idea need not be grandiose or massive, it just has to be from the heart and worked with commitment.

Bearing in mind that the big assignment is to ensure that we complete each cycle, the process will usually look something like this:

• Don’t look for big, simply follow that which makes sense and you are comfortable with.
• Ensure that you complete every cycle you begin.  For this to happen follow these steps…
• Be patient.
• Enhance your skill to prepare for your next.
• Contract and nurture the right relationships.
• Delegate the processes as your hands become full.
• Be discerning for when your processes outputs evolve.  Look out for the tug from within.
• Reproduce yourself in others.  Your greatest wins are the people you develop and impact along the way.
• Ensure that you don’t just develop them but that you rub off on them.
• Begin the process all over.
